Who we are

Ferruco Marketing is a marketing business in Montréal, Québec, run by Michael Pina and Luca Astorino. Luca Astorino, co-founder, is the person in charge of protecting personal information. Questions about this policy or your information go to ferrucomarketing@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Chat messages. What you type into the chat assistant is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can write a reply. We don't save chat conversations ourselves.
• The “Message the team” form. Your name, email, phone number, your question and the chat conversation up to that point. We use them to answer you and follow up about your request.
• Text-message consent. If you tick the box, we record that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and when. We only text you about your request, and you can reply STOP at any time.
• Booking a call. The booking calendar collects what its form asks for, so we can schedule and prepare for the call.
• Spam protection and limits. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form isn't being sent by a bot. We also count requests per IP address and email to stop abuse. Those counters are stored as one-way hashes, not the addresses themselves, and are deleted within about a day.

Where it's stored and who processes it

Form submissions and bookings are stored in our CRM, GoHighLevel. Chat replies are generated by Anthropic. The site runs on Vercel, the request counters live in Upstash, and spam checks run through Cloudflare. Some of these providers store or process data outside Québec, including in the United States. We use them only to run this website and respond to you. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and requests for as long as we're in touch about working together, and delete them if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to text messages at any time. Email ferrucomarketing@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat keeps your conversation in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. Cloudflare's spam check may set a cookie it needs to work.
